Job summary

DXC Technology Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a PMO / Programme Governance Manager to establish and lead the programme management office for a major greenfield enterprise transformation programme.

You will own the PMO operating model, governance framework, delivery methodology, and consolidated programme reporting, coordinating with leadership and delivery teams to provide clear oversight of performance, milestones and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in programme or project management environments.
• 3+ years in a PMO or governance leadership role.
• Experience establishing a PMO or governance office.
• Experience producing consolidated dashboards and client-facing reports.
• Experience tracking costs, revenue, and milestones.
• Knowledge of forecasting, resource planning, and capacity management.
• Experience delivering assurance and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the PMO, defining operating model and governance cadence.
• Implement governance frameworks and standard delivery methodologies.
• Chair governance meetings and track decisions to completion.
• Support and develop PMO team members and capabilities.
• Coordinate programme plans, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Monitor timelines and budgets; identify risks and dependencies.
• Establish delivery assurance processes and drive improvement.
• Define performance measures and consolidate dashboards for reporting.
• Own consolidated client-facing reporting and executive status updates.
• Communicate performance and required decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Track programme costs, revenue, and milestones; manage variances.
• Forecast demand, plan resources, and manage capacity across workstreams.
