Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Specialist Digitalization Engineer (Greenfield) to lead digital engineering and information management on a large offshore project. You will drive digital twin, data governance and system integration from FEED through handover, coordinating with EPC contractors and ADNOC standards.

The role requires extensive experience in digital engineering, PIM/AIM, and asset data governance, with a focus on offshore EPC/EPCI projects and lifecycle readiness for operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Oil & Gas or major infrastructure projects.
• 7+ years in Digitalization, Information Management or Smart Asset implementation.
• Proven experience in Greenfield offshore EPC/EPCI projects.
• Experience with ADNOC or similar operators preferred.
• End-to-end project execution from FEED to Start-up and Handover.
• Demonstrated Digital Twin and Asset Information Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop digitalization strategy aligned with ADNOC Offshore standards.
• Lead digital engineering, information management and governance.
• Coordinate metadata standards, data taxonomy and information classification.
• Manage Project Information Models (PIM) and Asset Information Models (AIM).
• Oversee data quality, audits and lifecycle management throughout the project.
• Support integration of engineering, maintenance, and analytics platforms.
