Job summary

Recruitment Hub At Atlas & Arrow Fz in Abu Dhabi seeks a hands-on lead man to supervise GRE Fiberglass pipeline installation and hydrostatic testing operations. The role requires 5 years of experience; a technical diploma is preferred.

Salary starts from 1,800 AED per month plus overtime, with company-provided food and lodging. You will read isometric drawings, communicate with site management, and lead a crew to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in GRE/GRP/HDPE/steel piping fabrication works or closely related field
• Experience in hydrostatic testing operations
• Read and interpret isometric drawings; communicate with site management
• Hands-on leadership to manage a crew with focus on safety, quality and productivity

Responsibilities

• Supervise GRE Fiberglass pipeline installation and hydrostatic testing operations
• Lead a crew and ensure safety, quality and productivity on site
• Coordinate with site management and report progress and issues
• Ensure adherence to work procedures and high joint quality in laminating
