Job summary

Job Purpose

This is a hands-on creative design role focused on graphic design, visual content creation, video editing and motion graphics. The role requires someone who can independently take a creative brief from concept through to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design high-quality creative assets across digital and print platforms, including campaign visuals, key visuals, advertisements, presentations, , and branded content.
• Create original static visual content through graphic design, image manipulation, photo editing, compositing, and creative artwork.
• Develop, edit, and produce video content ranging from short-form creative promotional videos
• Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, titles, and other visual effects to enhance video and multimedia content.
• Translate marketing briefs and ideas into compelling visual concepts and creative executions that strengthen the brand.
• Adapt creative into various print and digital applications/platforms
• Utilize AI-powered creative tools for image generation, visual development, video production, editing, concept development, and other creative workflows.
• Maintain high standards of visual quality and ensure all creative outputs consistently follow brand guidelines and visual identity standards.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Visual Communication.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design, multimedia production, creative content development, video production, or a similar creative role.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, or equivalent professional creative software.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative platforms and tools.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, composition, and corporate visual identity.
• Ability to interpret a creative brief and independently develop strong visual concepts and executions.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment.
