Parsons in Dubai seeks an experienced Graphic Designer to shape proposals and presentations for major infrastructure programs, using AI tools to accelerate production while maintaining Parsons quality. You will design winning materials from storyboard to submission, produce layouts, infographics, video content, and ensure brand guidelines and client standards are met.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in proposals or business development for engineering, construction, architecture or consultancy.
• Expert skills in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, and advanced PowerPoint and Word.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI design tools in real projects, with responsible use and IP awareness.
• Portfolio showing typography, layout and information design, including AI-assisted work.
• Proven ability to depict technical information and concepts accurately and persuasively.

Responsabilidades

• Produce long-document layouts, executive summaries, covers, dividers, PowerPoint decks, infographics, illustrations, data visuals, and interactive PDFs.
• Create motion graphics and short videos for presentations, interviews and social media.
• Use AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Microsoft 365 Copilot) to explore concepts and speed production, ensuring Parsons quality.
• Help build Bid Studio's AI-enabled workflows with templates and reusable assets.
• Collaborate with proposal managers and technical teams to reinforce win themes through design.
• Design to Parsons brand guidelines and client standards, advising on print and digital needs.
• Collaborate with local and global creatives to share ideas and improve processes.

Job Description:

Graphic Designer

Dubai, UAE

Are you a designer who loves turning complex engineering and infrastructure stories into visuals that win work? Parsons is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join the Creative Hub in our Bid Studio. You'll shape the proposals and presentations behind some of the Middle East's most ambitious infrastructure programs, and you'll use generative AI and automation as everyday tools, not novelties.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing winning proposals, presentations and pursuit materials, from storyboard to final submission.
• Producing long-document layouts, executive summaries, covers and dividers, PowerPoint decks, infographics, illustrations, data visualizations, interactive PDFs and web-based executive summaries.
• Creating motion graphics and short video content for presentations, client interviews and social media.
• Using approved AI tools such as Adobe Firefly and Microsoft 365 Copilot to explore concepts and speed up production, then refining every output to Parsons quality standards.
• Helping build the Bid Studio's AI-enabled workflows, including prompt libraries, templates and reusable asset libraries.
• Working with proposal managers and technical teams to reinforce win themes and key messages through design.
• Designing to Parsons global brand guidelines and client standards, and advising on print and digital requirements.
• Collaborating with creative colleagues locally and globally to share ideas and improve processes.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in proposals or business development for engineering, construction, architecture or consultancy.
• Expert skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, and advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI design tools in real projects, and an understanding of responsible use, confidentiality and IP.
• A portfolio that shows strong typography, layout and information design, including AI-assisted work.
• Proven ability to depict technical information and project concepts accurately and persuasively.

Nice to Have:

• After Effects and Premiere Pro (or equivalent) for motion and video.
• Arabic/English bilingual layout experience and knowledge of GCC client brand standards.
