Job summary

Leading Crypto Firm in Dubai is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. You will craft engaging visuals for digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, X and more in a fast-paced startup.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. Applicants should have Crypto/Web3 experience, strong typography and color sense, and be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and Canva. Salary is AED 3,500–4,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, X and other digital platforms.
• Create social media graphics, banners, landing page assets, and promotional visuals.
• Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual identity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Operations teams and contribute ideas.
• Stay updated on design and social media trends and emerging formats.
• Monitor performance and use insights to improve future designs.
• Organize design assets and maintain an efficient creative library.
• Support rapid testing cycles with quick creative iterations.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance production (Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, etc.).

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, trend-aware Junior Graphic Designer exposure to the crypto/Web3 industry. You'll join our Marketing Team to create engaging, high-performing visuals for digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Dubai, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment, stays on top of design trends, and wants to grow by creating campaigns that drive measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Design high-quality ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, X, and other digital platforms.
• Create social media graphics, banners, landing page assets, and promotional visuals.
• Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in typography, color, and visual identity.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media trends, and emerging creative formats.
• Monitor creative performance and use insights to improve future designs.
• Organize design assets and maintain an efficient creative library.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
• Support rapid testing cycles by delivering creative iterations quickly.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, ChatGPT, or similar to enhance creative production.

Requirements

• Experience working in the Crypto/Web3 industry.
• Strong understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color, and composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Based in Dubai.

Nice to Have

• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.).
• Experience with Notion.
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and creative optimization.
