Job summary

Leading Crypto Firm in Dubai is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. You will craft engaging visuals for digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, X and more in a fast-paced startup.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. Applicants should have Crypto/Web3 experience, strong typography and color sense, and be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and Canva. Salary is AED 3,500–4,000 per month.

Qualifications

Crypto/Web3 experience required.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color and composition.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Design high-quality ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, X and other digital platforms.
Create social media graphics, banners, landing page assets, and promotional visuals.
Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual identity.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Operations teams and contribute ideas.
Stay updated on design and social media trends and emerging formats.
Monitor performance and use insights to improve future designs.
Organize design assets and maintain an efficient creative library.
Support rapid testing cycles with quick creative iterations.
Utilize AI tools to enhance production (Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, etc.).
