Job summary

Leading Crypto Firm in Dubai is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to craft paid advertising creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok and more, joining our on-site marketing team.

The role focuses on brand consistency, rapid iteration, and collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Operations. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva is required; use of AI design tools like Midjourney or Runway is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience designing paid advertising creatives.
• Experience working in the Crypto/Web3 industry.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or similar design tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

• Dubai-based or willing to relocate for an on-site position.

Junior Graphic Designer

Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,000 per month

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, trend-aware Junior Graphic Designer with experience in paid advertising creatives and exposure to the crypto/Web3 industry. You'll join our Marketing Team to create engaging, high-performing visuals for digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Dubai, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment, stays on top of design trends, and wants to grow by creating campaigns that drive measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Design high-quality ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, X, and other digital platforms.
• Create social media graphics, banners, landing page assets, and promotional visuals.
• Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in typography, color, and visual identity.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media trends, and emerging creative formats.
• Monitor creative performance and use insights to improve future designs.
• Organize design assets and maintain an efficient creative library.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
• Support rapid testing cycles by delivering creative iterations quickly.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, ChatGPT, or similar to enhance creative production.

Requirements

• Experience designing paid advertising creatives.
