Job Requirements:

  • Responsible for the design and artwork production of The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, its venues, spa, and any other signage needs within the premises.
  • Responsibilities include collateral material and other graphic design tasks relevant to sales promotions, F&B, social media, events, and more.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet Marriott and brand standards and are completed on time.
  • Support art and design strategy for social media videography and photography.
  • Participate in research and direction for new branding concepts and storytelling in collaboration with the Director of Marketing & Communications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be creative and aware of trends and latest social media tools.
  • Oversee creatives for in-house marketing supporting hotel restaurants, spa, promotions, and events.
  • Manage online support for HTML pages and animated graphics for third-party websites.
  • Ensure all live channels with creatives are updated with the latest changes.
  • Maintain all brand standards for collateral templates.
  • Design and produce marketing materials such as advertisements, signage, brochures, animated creatives, and presentations that reflect the brand's image to drive revenue and awareness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide comprehensive design and conceptualization solutions from start to finish.
  • Develop appropriate visuals based on customer demographics for promotions and events.
  • Monitor project progress, maintain files, and communicate updates to the marketing team.
  • Handle production aspects including printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, and layout.
  • Promote brand awareness internally and externally.
  • Contribute to and strategize social media content.
  • Drive videography and photography needs.
  • Assist with new concept designs and marketing strategies.
  • Manage animation requirements for videos and sales support.
