• Maximum age limit of 26 for prospective candidates.
• National Service completion is mandatory for male candidates.

Responsibilities

Voyage of Discovery program is designed for ambitious and innovative Emirati graduates, who are keen to develop a deeper understanding of the Global maritime industry. The aim of the program is to give graduates the chance to develop the required knowledge and demonstrate competency in their field to be considered for future job roles and fulfil a sustainable career within AD Ports Group.

This combined program follows the 70/20/10 approach, where 70% of their knowledge from job-related experiences (On the Job Training), 20% from interactions through rotations within other clusters and 10% from formal educational classes & sessions.
