Programme Details

This structured programme will last 18 or 24 months and offers professional growth and development. • Corporate Services: This part of the business supports the growth of our community of professionals, strengthens our position of influence and expands our business. Teams include Human Resources, IT, Finance, Internal Audit, Governance and Compliance, Procurement and Logistics, Legal, and more.
• Commercial: Behind the Fly Better experience is an entire division dedicated to ensuring that Emirates delivers on its promise. Teams include Outstation, SkyCargo, Skywards, Revenue Optimisation, Network Route and Planning, Market Research, Global and UAE Sales and many others.
• Airline & Airport Operations: These roles are some of our most demanding, so expect a challenging yet rewarding time on your rotation in this division. Teams cover Ground Services, Engineering and Maintenance, Aviation Services, Security, Logistics and Supply Chain.
• dnata: One of the world’s largest air services providers. It offers ground handling, cargo, travel, safety, and flight catering services to more than 300 airlines in over 84 countries.

Qualifications

Emiratization

UAE Passport with Nationality.

Age

Up to 27 years old.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education in any major.

CGPA

3.0 or higher (or equivalent).

Experience

Up to 1 year of experience.

English Fluency

IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 550 required at the time of application.

National Service

Completed or fully exempted.
