Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in non-clinical field; management or related.
• Recent graduates with up to 1 year of experience.
• GPA 3.0 or above.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and digital tools; MS Office proficiency.
• Analytical thinking and data fluency to identify insights.
• Continuous development and willingness to learn.
