Trainees rotate across functions, work on real projects with mentors, and present insights to senior Leaders, with a clear path to permanent roles upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in non-clinical field; management or related.
• Recent graduates with up to 1 year of experience.
• GPA 3.0 or above.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and digital tools; MS Office proficiency.
• Analytical thinking and data fluency to identify insights.
• Continuous development and willingness to learn.
• Creative agility and ability to implement new processes.
• Change and innovation mindset; adapt to change.
• Emotional intelligence: manage emotions, listen actively.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of PureHealth's integrated healthcare ecosystem.
• Contribute to business projects across the organization while working with mentors.
