AtkinsRéalis in Dubai seeks a motivated Graduate Project Manager to assist senior managers in planning, coordinating, and reporting on projects. You will support design reviews, manage sub-consultants, and ensure technical coordination across disciplines.

The role focuses on helping with project planning, quality plans, progress reports, and financial control while fostering teamwork and proactive problem solving within a multidisciplinary design environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• UAE National with family book is a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior managers in project planning and coordination.
• Support preparation of the project quality plan and progress reports.
• Help in project planning and programme updates.
• Aid in financial control and risk management of the project.
• Maintain risk register and assist in sub-consultant management.
• Coordinate technically with discipline heads and design reviews.
