Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Dubai seeks a Graduate Engineer reserved for UAE nationals to support aviation infrastructure projects across the lifecycle. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, tracking schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with ICAO standards and client requirements.

You will assist in planning, reporting, risk management, and documentation, gaining exposure to airport terminals and airside facilities in a challenging stakeholder environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, Aviation Engineering)
• 5–10 years of experience in electrical engineering or project coordination within power, energy, utility or EPC sectors
• Understanding of aviation project delivery and airport operational environments
• Familiarity with ICAO standards and aviation industry regulations
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and controls
• Working knowledge of contract administration and procurement processes
• Experience with scheduling and project control tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of aviation projects to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
• Support Project Managers in managing project programmes, milestones, and deliverables
• Track project performance and identify potential risks, delays, and mitigation measures
• Monitor design development and construction activities against approved project objectives
• Assist in project reporting, progress tracking, and preparation of status updates for senior management and clients
• Maintain project risk registers and assist in implementing mitigation plans
• Support quality assurance and quality control processes
• Ensure project documentation is maintained in accordance with company and client requirements
