This one-year intensive training program, conducted in collaboration with the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies (EIF), offers a clear pathway to significant leadership positions by equipping participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the banking sector.

Placement Strategy:

Placements are strategically determined early in the program based on the graduate's degree, interests, skills, and personality traits, aligning with their career aspirations and the bank’s operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participate and excel in all assigned courses, aiming for high performance in examinations.


• Engage deeply in learning about and familiarizing with role-specific objectives and activities.


• Compile analytical reports and deliver insightful presentations to team members.
