Role Context

The Management Trainee - Leadership Program is designed to develop high-potential UAE Nationals for critical future leadership roles within the banking sector. Participants will gain hands-on experience across business areas, complete internationally recognized professional qualifications, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and contribute to high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 18 to 24 month management trainee journey focused on leadership readiness and banking career development.
• Complete tailored learning pathways covering leadership, management, banking fundamentals, business strategy, and professional skills.
