Job summary

Al-Futtaim's SINYAR Graduate Program invites fresh graduates to join as a Logistics Executive. You will gain hands-on exposure to product registration, regulatory compliance and logistics operations across Beauty, Toys, Books and Food categories in the MENA region.

Ideal candidates have a minimum GPA of 2.8, fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience, and strong English communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Arabic language capability is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory product registrations and compliance.
• Coordinate documentation across markets and certificates.
• Track and manage registration documentation and translations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, warehouses and regulatory authorities.
