Job summary

Al-Futtaim's SINYAR Graduate Program seeks a Financial Analyst to join Al-Futtaim Retail in Dubai. Fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience will gain hands-on exposure to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business analysis.

You'll support the BP&A team, work with financial data, and learn how finance informs commercial decisions across Retail, while developing core analytical and ERP skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, budgeting & forecasting activities.
• Assist with preparation and consolidation of financial information.
• Work with the team to ensure financial information is accurate and delivered on time.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports and analyze data for trends.
• Support project reporting, analysis and follow-up activities.
