To provide administrative support to the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to start a career in HSE management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain and update HSE records, logs, and databases.
    • Prepare and distribute HSE reports, meeting minutes, and compliance documentation.
  • Compliance & Audits:
    • Assist in coordinating internal and external HSE audits.
    • Ensure all documentation is aligned with ISO standards and local regulations.
  • Training & Induction:
    • Support the scheduling and tracking of HSE training sessions.
    • Prepare induction materials for new employees and contractors.
  • Incident Management:
    • Log and track incident reports, near misses, and corrective actions.
    • Assist in compiling investigation reports under supervision.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage HSE-related correspondence and filing systems.
    • Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and handle general office tasks for the HSE team.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
