Job summary

Development Inc. in Dubai seeks a motivated UAE national graduate to join our Finance team, providing hands-on exposure to core finance functions and contributing to national talent development in line with UAE localisation goals.

The role involves supporting payment processing, invoicing, filing, supplier and project reconciliation, and maintaining cashbooks. Fresh graduates with strong communication in Arabic and English and MS Office proficiency are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• UAE National (Emirati) with a valid family book.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of work experience.
• Strong communication in Arabic and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and develop within the finance function.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and email payment receipt notifications.
• Prepare Payment Authority matrix.
• Liaise with Emaar Properties for invoices and cheques.
• Liaise with suppliers on queries and requests.
• Prepare invoices and payment approvals with Project Directors/Managers.
• Manage cashbooks, invoices, leases, and VAT filings.
• Reconcile supplier statements and sub-consultant statements.
• Update project statements and fee analyses.
• Record approved invoices in Evolution and filing.
• Send remittance advice to sub-contractors and suppliers.
