About the Role

As a Graduate Engineer Structures at AECOM, you will play a pivotal role in the structural design and development of a wide range of building projects. From world-class sporting venues to commercial properties, healthcare facilities, higher education campuses, research facilities, and hospitality venues, you will contribute to shaping the future of the built environment.

Desirable Criteria:

1. Exposure to structural design analysis software based on Finite Element Method (FEM).
2. Understanding and experience with BIM tools.
3. Advantageous skills in Dynamo or Rhino Grasshopper and scripting languages like Python or VB.
4. Strong command of any structural design analysis software package, FEM based preferred.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited University.
2. Undergraduate coursework in at least two of the following subjects:

• Structural Dynamics
• Structural Steel Design II
• Reinforced Concrete Design II

1. Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.
2. Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent) and above.
3. As part of AECOM's commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labour law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.
