Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a motivated Emirati graduate to join our Building Structures team in Sharjah as a Graduate Engineer. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in project planning, coordination and delivery while working with multidisciplinary teams.

You will assist with project plans, meetings, reports, and documentation, monitor progress, identify risks, and support decision-making through data gathering and analysis.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with Civil Engineering background.
• UAE National with a valid Family Book is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines and documentation.
• Support day-to-day project coordination, including scheduling meetings and tracking deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks and dependencies.
• Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Prepare presentations and project updates for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are on time.
• Maintain project records and documentation.
• Support process improvement initiatives within project management.
