Overview

We are looking Graduate Engineer based in UAE. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting the delivery of complex defence, security, and critical infrastructure projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced project and engineering professionals, assisting with project coordination, stakeholder engagement, planning activities, reporting, and technical reviews while developing the skills necessary for a successful career within the defence and aerospace sector.

Your role

• Support project teams in the planning, coordination, and execution of defence and security‑related projects.
• Assist in monitoring project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and action items.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Track project progress and elevate risks, issues, or delays as required.
• Support project managers in maintaining project governance and compliance requirements.

• Support communication and information flow between project teams and stakeholders.

About you

• Understanding of project management principles.
• Interest in defence technologies, military systems, security infrastructure, or national security programmes.
