Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Dubai is seeking a Graduate Engineer reserved for UAE nationals to support aviation infrastructure projects across the lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and handover. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with aviation standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil/Construction/Aviation PM background, knowledge of ICAO regulations, and experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, Aviation Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience: 5–10 years in electrical engineering or project coordination within power, energy, utility, or EPC.
• Understanding of aviation project delivery and airport operational environments.
• Familiarity with ICAO standards and aviation industry regulations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and controls.
• Experience with scheduling and project control tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of aviation projects to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Support Project Managers in managing programmes, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track project performance and identify risks, delays, and mitigation measures.
• Monitor design development and construction activities against objectives.
• Assist in project reporting, progress tracking, and status updates for senior management and clients.
• Maintain project risk registers and assist in implementing mitigation plans.
• Support quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained in accordance with requirements.

Job Description Overview We are looking Graduate Engineer based in UAE. This role is reserved for UAE National. The Assistant Project Manager will support the delivery of aviation infrastructure projects throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction and handover. The successful candidate will have experience working on airport terminals, airside infrastructure, aviation facilities, or related transportation projects and possess a strong understanding of project management principles within a complex stakeholder environment.

Your role
