Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Dubai seeks a Graduate Engineer reserved for UAE nationals to support aviation infrastructure projects across the lifecycle. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, tracking schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with ICAO standards and client requirements.

You will assist in planning, reporting, risk management, and documentation, gaining exposure to airport terminals and airside facilities in a challenging stakeholder environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, Aviation Engineering)
• 5–10 years of experience in electrical engineering or project coordination within power, energy, utility or EPC sectors
• Understanding of aviation project delivery and airport operational environments
• Familiarity with ICAO standards and aviation industry regulations
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and controls
• Working knowledge of contract administration and procurement processes
• Experience with scheduling and project control tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project

Overview

We are looking Graduate Engineer based in UAE. This role is reserved for UAE National. The Assistant Project Manager will support the delivery of aviation infrastructure projects throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction and handover. The role will assist in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project schedules, monitoring budgets, supporting stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with aviation industry standards and client requirements. The successful candidate will have experience working on airport terminals, airside infrastructure, aviation facilities, or related transportation projects and possess a strong understanding of project management principles within a complex stakeholder environment.
