Job summary

Atkins Realis Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Graduate Engineer to support the delivery of nuclear energy and infrastructure projects. You will assist in preparing and reviewing engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications and design documentation, and participate in studies and design reviews.

You will support project planning, scheduling, risk assessment and performance monitoring, ensure compliance with safety standards, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Strong academic performance and interest in the energy sector.
• Good communication and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and project teams in delivering nuclear energy and infrastructure projects.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications and design documents.
• Participate in engineering studies, feasibility assessments, technical evaluations and design reviews.
• Support project planning, scheduling, risk assessment and performance monitoring activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, quality requirements and safety regulations.
• Contribute to project coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Attend site visits, inspections, audits and technical meetings as required.
• Assist in preparing presentations, progress reports, technical submissions and client deliverables.
• Analyze engineering data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Develop understanding of nuclear safety culture, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Participate in graduate development, mentoring and technical training programs
