AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Emirati Graduate Engineer to join its Nuclear Business in Abu Dhabi. The role offers exposure to nuclear energy, conventional power, clean energy technologies, engineering consultancy, project delivery, and technical advisory services, with structured training and development.

Ideal candidates are UAE nationals with a Bachelor's in Engineering (Master's preferred), strong academics, good communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and project teams in the delivery of nuclear, energy, and infrastructure projects.
• Assist in the preparation and review of engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, and design documentation.
• Participate in engineering studies, feasibility assessments, technical evaluations, and design reviews.
• Support project planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and performance monitoring activities.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
• Contribute to project coordination activities and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, audits, and technical meetings as required.
• Support the preparation of presentations, progress reports, technical submissions, and client deliverables.
• Analyze engineering data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Develop an understanding of nuclear safety culture, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Participate in graduate development, mentoring, and technical training programs.
