Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC invites a Senior Project Manager to lead complex nuclear projects at Barakah NPP, reporting to the EMEA Project Execution Lead and coordinating with customers, suppliers and in-country representation.

You will develop charters and plans, manage scope, schedule and cost baselines, oversee risk and procurement, drive safety and quality, and look for efficiency gains and new business opportunities with the project team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as project manager in a technical industry such as engineering, manufacturing, nuclear or construction.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline as listed.
• Project manager qualification within designated time period; exemptions provided based on prior training and work experience.
• Project controls-related certification (scheduling, estimating, earned value, risk...) valuable.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with team, customer, suppliers, Westinghouse in-country representation, and partners to bring the project to successful completion.
• Initiate and plan processes including authoring charters and project management plans with scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
• Manage all aspects of project scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications, and partners.
• Coordinate project communications ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of status.
• Identify opportunities for additional business growth.
• Perform final project quality assessment and report out.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with Westinghouse procedures and Quality Management System.
