Job summary

AECOM invites graduates to join the ADVANCE program in Abu Dhabi, designed to bridge the gap from student to professional. The 24‑month curriculum provides broad, well‑rounded experience in civil engineering with hands‑on duties and assessments.

Participants are assigned duties across design, data analysis and reporting, supervised by experienced engineers, to develop essential skills and performance indicators for future roles within the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• Masters degree should have started within 12 months to ensure continuous education and meet program requirements.
• Recent graduates within the last 24 months or no later than September 2024 are eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.

Responsibilities

• Builds analytic and design skills.
• Conducts engineering design under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Creates designs calculations sketches diagrams and final working drawings under supervision.
• Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.
• Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.
