Job summary

AECOM Middle East Ltd is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer for its ADVANCE program in Abu Dhabi. This program offers recent graduates practical exposure to civil engineering teams, project execution, scheduling, reporting, and coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.
• Recent graduate who completed studies within the last 24 months or no earlier than September 2024.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 or above.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar engineering software.
• Candidates with more than 1 year of postgraduate work experience are not eligible for this graduate program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across civil engineering technical teams.
• Support senior Project Managers and Program Managers with project execution.
• Assist in monitoring project resources, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify project challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Contribute to project reports, technical updates, and documentation.
