Job summary

AECOM invites UAE Nationals to join its 24-month Advance graduate program in Civil Engineering, based in Abu Dhabi/Al Ain. The Graduate Civil Engineer will support the Wet Utilities team, developing core analytical, technical and design skills under experienced engineers to become future leaders.

You will work on water supply, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure concepts, with structured learning, mentoring, and a clear career development pathway within a global infrastructure leader.

Qualifications

• UAE National with valid Family Book
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8
• Graduated within the last 12 to 24 months from graduate program start date
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Interest in water wastewater and stormwater (wet utilities) engineering
• Ability to work effectively under supervision within a multidisciplinary team
• Basic understanding of civil engineering design principles and standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar tools preferred
• Good communication skills and willingness to develop within a structured graduate program

Responsibilities

• Builds analytic and design skills.
• Conducts engineering design under supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Creates designs calculations sketches diagrams schematic drawings and final working drawings under supervision.
• Collects and analyzes data under supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.
• Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.
