Job summary

KEO International Consultants in Dubai, UAE, invites applications for a junior design project administrator role. You’ll organize project files, maintain version control, and support scheduling and meetings with stakeholders to keep design work on track.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field and up to 2 years of experience, with UAE nationality preferred. This role offers exposure to global projects within a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage design project files and records, maintain version control and proper naming conventions.
• Facilitate team communication and schedule meetings, distribute project-related information to stakeholders.
• Assist in creating project timelines and monitoring progress, help allocate resources for design projects.
• Arrange travel and coordinate with suppliers, handle administrative tasks and financial documentation.
• Maintain a positive client relationship and assist in proposals.
• Review design deliverables for accuracy and consistency.
• Familiarize with design software and provide basic technical support.
• Assist in organizing design-related events and workshops.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative design concepts.
