Job summary

KEO International is seeking a Planning Engineer for our Dubai team. The role involves regular project analysis, scheduling, cost planning and the delivery of project controls on landscape/infrastructure initiatives in the UAE.

You will coordinate staffing, support contract negotiations, and present controls results to management and clients. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture with about seven years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• 7 years of work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Microsoft Office, Primavera and Microsoft Project knowledge is essential.
• Experience on Landscape/Infrastructure projects in the UAE will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking regular project analysis, scheduling development, maintenance, monitoring, impact identification and recovery planning.
• Supporting project organizational and administrative activities; providing non-routine cost planning and scheduling guidance.
• Identifying, analyzing and providing innovative solutions to cost engineering and planning/scheduling problems.
• Executing Project Controls programs on an assigned project in accordance with KEO Project Controls procedures.
• Reviewing and approving Earned Revenue Determination Data, Proposal Financial Summaries, Project Financial Status Reports, and Charge for Project Working Capital calculations for assigned projects.
• Planning the staffing needs for assigned projects.
• Reviewing the contract drafts to ensure they include adequate cost and scope definition and meet Project Controls requirements; coordinates the development of all data in support of negotiations.
• Preparing, coordinating and directing Project Controls presentations to KEO and client management, as required.
• Preparing the Project Controls plan for assigned projects.

Qualifications
