Job summary

Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture and a minimum of 10 years post-graduate project management experience, with membership in a recognized architectural association (RIBA or AIA). Gulf region consulting experience is a plus.

The Role

Working as a Project Manager within our Design Division in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams through the design process from inception through completion. A thorough knowledge of the design and construction process, together with astute business acumen will be required to ensure that client goals are met within KEO standards and project delivery guidelines.

• Preparing and managing large, complex and high profile projects and contracts.
• Setting and meeting project delivery plans with respect to staffing, schedules and budgets.
• Project fiscal management.
• Understanding, identifying and assessing project risk.
• Implementing and maintaining of project standards and quality control procedures for each of the technical areas required to complete the job.
• Managing the performance of the project team to achieve high standards of design and documentation.
• Preparing proposals and assisting in presentations for potential projects
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or related discipline from an accredited institution.

A minimum of 10 years of related post-graduate experience in project management along with membership of a professional Architectural Association such as RIBA or AIA.

Previous experience gained within a Consultancy Firm and within the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
