Job summary

Precedence Technologies is seeking a network design and deployment specialist for Huawei GPON Enterprise Networks. You will design, deploy, and maintain GPON architectures while ensuring project alignment with scope, standards, and deadlines.

You will analyze customer requirements, translate them into scalable designs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end delivery and operational readiness. Strong Huawei GPON experience and robust networking knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Huawei GPON / Optical Access or equivalent certification is required.
• Huawei Enterprise Network Certification (HCIA / HCIP - Routing & Switching or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with Huawei Enterprise Networks and GPON technologies.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, standards, and protocols.
• Good communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of Huawei Enterprise Networks, including GPON architectures.
• Execute network projects in line with scope, design standards, and agreed timelines.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable, technically sound network designs.
• Work closely with internal engineering and project teams to ensure end-to-end delivery and operational readiness.
• Provide technical support during implementation, migration, and post-deployment phases.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and support initiatives to improve network resilience and uptime.
• Prepare and maintain operational, configuration, and project documentation and reports.
• Conduct pre- and post-deployment wireless heatmap analysis to validate coverage, capacity, and performance.
