Job summary

Norton Blake Limited in Dubai seeks an experienced E2E Delivery & Governance Lead to own a complex programme spanning multiple vendors and workstreams, with accountability for integrated planning, delivery governance and execution oversight.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, executive communication and the ability to translate decisions into progress across business and technology teams, including coordinating release readiness and deployments.

• Align release plans, milestones, testing, operational readiness and production deployments.

E2E Delivery & Governance Lead | Dubai | Contract

Contract: 6 Months+

Start: End of November – Candidates with notice periods are welcome

Location: Dubai

Travel: Candidates must be able to work onsite in Dubai 5 days a week

We’re looking for an experienced Delivery & Governance Lead to take ownership of a complex programme spanning multiple vendors, workstreams, and business and technology teams.

You’ll be accountable for integrated planning, delivery governance and execution oversight, keeping senior stakeholders informed and ensuring decisions translate into progress.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the master integrated programme plan across all vendors and workstreams, including providers such as Intellect, China Systems and Veefin.


• Lead programme governance, including SteerCos, PMO reviews, executive reporting, RAIDD management and decision forums.


• Manage cross-vendor dependencies, resolve delivery roadblocks and drive timely escalations.


• Coordinate delivery across business, technology, operations and vendor teams.


• Align release plans, milestones, testing, operational readiness and production deployments.
