Job summary

Asset Homez International Properties LLC is seeking a Google Ads Specialist focused on lead generation and ROI. You will manage Search, Performance Max and Display campaigns, conduct keyword research, optimize bidding, and track conversions from lead to sale.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and optimize Google Search, Performance Max & Display campaigns
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search-term optimization
• Manage bidding strategies, budgets, keywords, audiences and negative keywords
• Create and A/B test ad copies, landing pages and campaign structures
• Optimize CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate and ROAS
• Set up and monitor Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4 & GTM
• Track leads from Google Ads → CRM → Qualified Lead → Meeting → Deal
• Analyze lead quality and optimize campaigns based on actual sales outcomes
• Prepare performance reports and identify opportunities for scaling
• Continuously improve campaign efficiency and reduce cost per qualified lead

Asset Homez International Properties is looking for a Google Ads Specialist to manage and scale our Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on qualified lead generation and measurable ROI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, manage and optimize Google Search, Performance Max & Display campaigns
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search-term optimization
• Manage bidding strategies, budgets, keywords, audiences and negative keywords

REQUIREMENTS

• Mandatory Dubai Real Estate Brokerage experience of minimum 2 years
• Advanced knowledge of Search & Performance Max
• Google Ads Editor
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) & Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Keyword research & PPC optimization
• Conversion tracking & attribution
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Experience with lead‑generation campaigns
• Real Estate / UAE market experience is preferred
