Job summary

Magic is seeking a hands-on WordPress developer to build and maintain client websites for a mission-driven senior care organization. You will create new sites on WordPress, configure WooCommerce, and develop internal pages to support staff and operations, with a focus on reliability and user-friendly experiences.

You will manage hosting on SiteGround, handle HubSpot integrations, and collaborate with Google Workspace tools.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience building and maintaining WordPress websites.
• Experience with WooCommerce or other WordPress-based e-commerce setups.
• Familiarity managing sites hosted on SiteGround (or comparable hosting platforms).
• Working knowledge of HubSpot (forms, integrations, or workflows).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for daily collaboration with a U.S.-based client.

Responsibilities

• Build new websites on WordPress from initial concept through launch.
• Set up and configure e-commerce functionality (e.g., WooCommerce) for client-facing sites.
• Develop internal tools/web pages to support staff and operational workflows.
• Perform regular updates to existing WordPress sites (plugins, themes, core software).
• Troubleshoot and resolve site bugs, downtime, or performance issues.
