Job summary

UAS International Trip Support in Dubai seeks an Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end trip coordination for clients and aircraft operators. You will be the primary point of contact, handling requests, routing, permits, slots, ground handling, and fuel arrangements while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate flight records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Trip Support Operations within business aviation.
• Fluent or native English (American accent preferred).
• Experience coordinating international flight operations (permits, slots, PPRs, ground handling, fuel).
• Strong knowledge of international aviation regulations and permit requirements.
• Familiarity with CAAs, FBOs, agents, and vendors.
• Proficient in aviation systems and CRM/ops platforms for trip data.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-focused service.
• Detail-oriented with multi-time-zone coordination.
• Maintains accurate flight records and clear handovers.
• Time management across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive new requests and create trip files with required info.
• Coordinate routing with Flight Planning and plot route.
• Prepare permits, PPRs, slots, ground handling, and fuel requests.
• Ensure correct agents and vendors per policy.
• Provide handovers for next shift.
• Flight watch and live tracking of client operations.
• Provide status updates to clients.
• Deliver final Flight Briefing document.
• Process client requests per SOP and maintain flight records.
• Coordinate with CAAs, agents, handlers, FBOs and vendors.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Use company systems to capture latest information.
• Answer inquiries re feasibility.
• Offer alternatives when requests can't be fulfilled.
