Job summary

ANRA Technologies seeks a Technical Project Manager / UAS Safety Expert in Dubai to drive planning and delivery of technical projects in the UAS/airspace domain. You will blend project management with safety and regulatory insight, coordinating technical and business teams to define requirements and ensure compliant solutions.

The role emphasizes safety, risk assessment, operational concepts, and stakeholder collaboration across international settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, aviation, aerospace, safety, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in technical project management or UAS operations.
• Strong understanding of UAS safety, risk assessment, and operational requirements.
• Knowledge of SORA and UAS regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project’s systems engineering tasks as performed by the technical team.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain project and technical documentation.
• Provide expertise on UAS operations, safety, and operational risk.
• Support SORA and other operational risk assessment activities.
• Help translate regulatory and safety requirements into practical technical and operational requirements.
• Support the development and review of operational concepts, procedures, and safety documentation.
• Work with customers and partners to understand requirements and communicate technical solutions.
• Stay current with relevant UAS regulations, standards, and industry developments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project, safety, and operational processes.
