Job summary

AMS is seeking a data-driven, strategic Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager in Dubai to build, lead, and scale our talent sourcing function. You will lead a team of sourcers, drive proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, and apply market intelligence and CRM analytics to transform sourcing into a proactive talent engine.

You will design talent mapping, use advanced search techniques, and align localization hiring with regional needs.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in recruitment for oil & gas and energy sectors.
• Strong Middle East TA background with experience identifying, engaging, and hiring local talent across the region.
• Knowledge of localisation and nationalisation hiring requirements and the ability to incorporate these into recruitment strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
• Confidence presenting recruitment strategies, market insights, and delivery approaches with clarity.
• Familiarity with the MENAT region and its talent market landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Talent Sourcers; set clear performance targets, metrics and development plans.
• Plan sourcing capacity and balance workload across business units for high-impact requisitions.
• Train the team on advanced sourcing techniques, boolean search, AI tools, talent mapping and competitive intelligence.
• Design and execute talent mapping and market research to identify talent clusters and passive pools.
