Job summary

Pirelli MEAI in Dubai invites aspiring professionals to join the Supply Chain internship. You will gain hands-on experience in order management, logistics, invoicing, and customer support within a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

During the program you will learn to coordinate with production plants, track orders, and provide technical product information while collaborating with internal teams to drive effective service and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Fluency in English and MS Excel skills required.
• Experience with SAP/ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order management for assigned customers, tracking from recording to invoicing.
• Optimize logistics flows between production plants and customers.
• Monitor invoicing and payments; collaborate with admin offices to resolve issues.
• Provide product information and coordinate with technical teams for support.
• Periodically review customer status and engage proactively to meet targets.
