Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Manager to oversee the execution, optimization, and growth of strategic search advertising accounts across international markets. You will act as the primary liaison for a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring campaigns launch on time and meet revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Search Advertising or related digital marketing field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), certification is a plus.
• Solid understanding of search advertising policies, troubleshooting, and compliance.
• Experience managing enterprise or strategic client relationships with a consultative approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence clients and internal teams.
• Ability to solve problems proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Existing relationships within the Microsoft Advertising ecosystem would be advantageous.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic search advertising clients, ensuring campaigns launch on time and meet performance objectives.
• Build strong client relationships, understand business goals, and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) and other search platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
• Support onboarding, activation, and setup processes end to end.
• Ensure advertiser accounts remain compliant with platform policies and resolve policy-related issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless delivery.
