Michael Page is recruiting a senior marketing leader to head the global marketing function for an ultra-luxury, design-led brand. You will shape brand architecture, creative direction and portfolio positioning while steering an established team from Dubai.

In this role you will drive world-class agency relationships, guide cross-functional teams across brand, digital, PR and channel marketing, and elevate the brand to a broader luxury platform across lifestyle and culture.

Qualifications

• Senior marketing leader with design-led development or luxury environment.
• Experience building or repositioning brands at the highest end of the market.
• Experience across portfolios where real estate, hospitality, architecture, lifestyle and brand intersect.
• Creative leader who challenges conventional luxury marketing and influences distinctive work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global marketing function for an ultra-luxury, design-led business from Dubai.
• Set the creative direction and define brand architecture across multiple developments and concepts.
• Lead agencies, designers and partners to deliver work at the highest international standard.
• Build and elevate an established multidisciplinary team across brand, digital, PR, and communications.
• Translate architecture, design and hospitality into compelling brand worlds beyond traditional property marketing.
