• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in stakeholder management and program coordination.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong writing and editorial skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple ongoing projects.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships and engagement guidelines.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners.
• Support the identification of potential new partners and stakeholders to position ZSP globally.
• Support the rollout of the Ambassador Program for the Prize.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Zayed Sustainability Prize program, including planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate third parties engaged to deliver programs to ensure objectives are met on time and budget.
• Prepare relevant reports and management information for line managers.
• Deliver program content for thought leadership platforms.
