Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain required.
• Excel and MS Project or equivalent scheduling software skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle ERP, MRP systems and inventory planning tools.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory control and logistics.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or BI platforms.
• Knowledge of SLAs, contractual commitments, and uptime impact on profitability.
• Ability to evaluate cost, inventory investment, risk and service outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and cross‑department influence.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control planning, processing, and scheduling of spare parts demand.
• Execute ERP transactions, MRP recommendations, and inventory controls.
• Plan demand and replenishment; define safety stock and reorder policy.
• Collaborate with global plants, warehouses, suppliers, and logistics providers.
• Produce KPI reports on service level, fill rate, OTIF, backlog, turns, and forecast accuracy.
• Build fulfillment scenarios and present strategic plans to management.
• Oversee end-to-end regional spare parts planning and inventory management.
• Act as regional planning liaison balancing manufacturing and logistics.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks; take corrective actions with minimal direction.
