Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Parts Inventory Planning Manager to lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, stock optimization and ensure parts availability for our commercial vehicles and construction equipment divisions.

You will forecast demand for genuine and aftermarket parts, monitor stock levels and aging, collaborate with OEMs, and drive performance reporting across Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to optimize working capital.

Qualifications

• 12–20 years of experience in automotive parts planning, inventory, supply chain, or aftersales.
• Strong experience with commercial vehicles and/or construction equipment parts.
• Experience handling genuine and aftermarket parts.
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
• Experience dealing with OEMs/principals and multiple brands.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Experience with ERP/parts inventory management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience in emerging markets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts and inventory plans for genuine and aftermarket parts.
• Monitor parts movement stock levels ageing and slow non-moving inventory.
• Set and manage minimum maximum stock levels and reorder points.
• Coordinate with OEMs principals on parts ordering availability backorders and allocations.
• Identify opportunities for aftermarket parts range development and upselling.
• Monitor fill rates stock turns service levels and working capital.
• Work closely with Supply Chain Logistics Finance Sales and Workshop teams.
• Prepare regular inventory and parts performance reports for management.
