Job summary

Ebara Elliott Energy in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Planner to lead end-to-end spare parts planning, inventory optimization and replenishment strategy from the KEZAD Free Zone facility. You will coordinate with global plants, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure service continuity and optimal stock levels.

The role demands 3–5 years in supply chain planning, strong ERP/MRP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite), and advanced Excel analytics to report on KPIs like service level, fill rate and inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, logistics or supply chain and 3–5 years in planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan demand and replenishment for spare parts and define safety stock and reorder policies.
• Execute and oversee ERP/MRP transactions and maintain item master data.
• Collaborate with global plants, warehouses, suppliers, and logistics providers to improve supply chain performance.
• Produce KPI reports on service level, fill rate, OTIF, backlog aging, and inventory performance.
• Lead regional planning reviews and communicate risks and mitigation actions to management.
