Azizi Developments in the UAE is seeking a Category Manager (Order & Logistics) to lead international sourcing of civil and MEP building materials, negotiate with suppliers, and oversee ordering and logistics aligned with project schedules.

The role requires deep expertise in global markets, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management to drive value, compliance, and sustainable procurement across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related field.
• Expertise in at least 3 different foreign languages.
• At least 15+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on international markets.
• Demonstrable succession managing overseas procurement projects.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and advanced research methodologies.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-value negotiations and evaluations of global sourcing opportunities to enhance cost efficiency and procurement performance and oversee end-to-end ordering processes, ensuring timely placement, tracking, and delivery of materials in line with project schedules.
